It is almost always nerve-wracking for drivers to look in their rear-view mirrors and notice the flashing lights of a police vehicle. In fact, police have accused a driver in Missouri of drunk driving after he allegedly began dancing after he was pulled over.
Police say that they received calls one afternoon on a day in mid-August about a driver who was allegedly speeding and running traffic lights. When an officer caught up with the driver, he initiated a stop. While reports indicate that the driver stopped, police claim that he turned up his radio before getting out of his vehicle and dancing.
Police say that the 24-year-old driver’s blood alcohol content was over the legal limit. It is unclear how his BAC was determined. He now faces multiple charges, including careless driving and driving while intoxicated.
