Car accidents happen every day in Missouri and other states. The man was still pinned when rescue workers arrived but reportedly conscious and talking. Once extricated, he was taken to the hospital for treatment. A witness at the scene claims that the man had a large gash on his forehead and that both of his legs were likely broken. The driver was arrested, suspected of driving while intoxicated.
